Our payment and delivery terms:

“Prepayment” is the payment term for all orders.

After completing your order, you will receive a corresponding message as information/overview of the components ordered.

An official order confirmation/invoice with all payment information will be sent separately. 

After receipt of payment on our account, goods in stock will typically be dispatched to you within 2 - 3 days. Components not in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability. 

The components remain reserved for 5 working days. If we do not receive payment after 5 days, we will have to cancel the order. 

Delivery times begin with the order confirmation/invoice and end with dispatch or notification of readiness for dispatch. Compliance with the delivery time presupposes compliance with the customer's obligations, in particular the payment obligation.
